Machine Main Feature:
1、Conical twin screw and parallel twin screw (28:1, 36:1) extruders are for choice.
2、Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.
3、Swarfless knife cutter and planetary saw cutter are for choice, both cutters are with chamfering function.
4、Weightless feeding system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.
5、By changing some parts, extrusion line can also produce CPVC pipe, PVC-O pipe, PVC-M pipe, etc.
6、By changing some parts, extrusion line can produce single layer or multi-layer, single strand and double strand pipe.
