The PVC WPC Foam Board Extrusion Line has physical characteristics, such as resistant to compression, resistance to impact and others, which are similar to hard wood, and its durable function is clearly better than normal wood, wood-plastic material and the products can be resistance strong acid and alkali, water proof, corrosion resistance, besides, germ cannot breed on it. Machine Main Feature:
1、PVC WPC foam board extrusion line used for PVC WPC foam board, with advantages of steady capacity and energy conservation.
2、Using international advanced CAD design software, 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with superior quality and coating metal on surface, special mixing material function and high plastify capacity of screw and barrel.
3、Cooling system of screw core uses constant temperature system controlled by hot oil, so that material can be plastified well; and barrel uses vacuum exhaust type, so that moisture content can volatilize fully and keep product quality.
4、Driving motor with advantages of steady output and large torque, and it also uses ABB or England Eurotherm speeder with the advantages of large extrusion quantity and high-efficiency.
