Our PE pipe extrusion machine can produce PE size range from Ø16 to Ø2000mm.

We can provide different PE pipe extrusion lines: normal or high speed, single or multi-layer, single or double strand.
In addition, we can provide turnkey solution with auxiliary machinery such as mixer, shredder, crusher etc.

Machine Main Feature:
1、Whole extrusion line adopts touch screen and PLC control, linked to achieve high degree of automation.
2、Screw with L/D ratio 38:1 or 40:1, can realize high output extrusion with low melt temperature and low power consumption.
3、Die head with core cooling, also with air cooling inside pipe, to have good pipe forming.
4、Vacuum tank can be equipped with automatic vacuum degree control system, to realize automatic water level and vacuum degree control, also reduce power consumption in long run.
5、Gravimetric dosing system is for choice, it can make operation easier, control pipe wall thickness and meter weight accurately, also can show the power consumption per unit weight for the pipe.
6、By changing some parts, extrusion line can also produce other PO pipes, such as, PP, PPR, PERT, PB, PEX-B, etc.
7、By changing some parts, extrusion line can produce single layer or multi-layer, single strand and double strand pipe.
